PICnome Firmware ver0.91 Release

I release PICnome firmware version 0.91.

In this version, the intensity register value is kept in EEPROM
when PICnome received osc command ‘/sys/intensity’. From
the next time, PICnome get the intensity register value from
EEPROM and set this value to MAX7219.
