The PICrouter firmware v1.9.0 has been released.

The changes are as follows.
- Supported to read and write the NVM(Non Volatile Memory).
- Improved to control the RGB_PAD_16 and RGB_PAD_8.
In this version, we're able to accesss the PIC32 NVM. So you can
save some important parameters without the EEPROM. However
you have to pay attention to the writing count.
