PICnomeSerialバージョン1.2.0をリリースします。

本バージョンから、PICnomeをMIDIコントローラとして使用する場合に
ボタン一つ一つに対して、MIDI channel、velocity、durationを設定
出来るようにしました。
設定方法のドキュメントは後日アップする予定です。
